Buyers must notify Good 2 Grow Agricultural Solutions (hereinafter “the Seller”) immediately upon receipt if any item is missing, damaged, broken, or if buyer contends that order is otherwise incomplete or incorrect. Failure to notify the Seller within 24 hours of receipt (based on tracking information available) of any missing, broken, or damaged item or other contended error in the order shall be considered waiver of any claim for such damages.
The Seller cannot guarantee that any product will fit the Buyers individual needs. Operating products such as grow lights, ballasts, and bulbs create heat which involves some risk of causing a fire or serious bodily harm if operated incorrectly without the proper safety precautions. Buyer accepts legal responsibility for any product operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social distress, or any other losses, costs or damages.
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE SELLER ARE INTENDED FOR LEGAL USE ONLY. By ordering merchandise from the Seller, the Buyer certifies that no product shall be used for any illegal purpose.
By ordering merchandise from the Seller, the Buyer agrees that any claim, controversy or dispute of any sort arising from or related directly or indirectly to this transaction, whether in contract or in tort, shall be adjudicated in a provincial court in Ontario, Canada, Quebec, Canada, or New South Wales, Australia and the Buyer hereby consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Pricing for all products is subject to change at the discretion of the seller. Pricing will be determined by quotations offered to the Buyer from the Seller. The seller is not obliged to price match any previous quotations. If the quotation deadline has expired, as stipulated within every quotation document, the seller is no longer required to sell at the aforementioned price.
Returns,
Replacements &
Warranties
Returns will be accepted before 30 days after a client receives items. Returns will only be accepted on unused, working items. Any item that have been used (i.e: Rockwool or Coco Coir), will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the seller for inspection. With that, the buyer is also responsible for any fees associated with shipping. For new items returned, the seller will not bill the buyer a restocking fee.
Warranty for each item will be stated on the product page, if no warranty is mentioned, there is no warranty for the product. If an item breaks within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible to return the item at their cost. A replacement will only be issued if the fault of the item was due to a manufacturing defect.
The following reasons are not covered under warranty: electrical storms or surges, floods, water damage, physical damage or abuse. It will be up to the discretion of the seller, if a warranty will be issued. As sellers, we only warranty items, issued under the “Good 2 Grow” brand name, returning another sellers item to us for a warranty return is considered mail fraud and will be treated as such.
At times, during shipping, packages are lost or damaged. These are external factors that, as sellers, we try to mitigate as best as possible. As sellers, we package items to ensure the safest delivery to the customer.
Filling a claim for goods damaged on delivery, takes approximately 1 week to process and during that time, we ask you, the customer to be patient with us.If a buyer’s package is missed, we, as sellers, will do our best ot locate it. Each case is unique so please be patient. Please feel free to contact support@good2grow.ca with any of these claims.

Ordering
A buyer can order all items directly with a sales representative. As sellers, we accept e-transfers, direct deposits along with PayPal. All Items have shipping rates included within the stipulated price. However, as sellers, we, reserve the legal right to add a surcharge for shipping of over-sized items or items shipped to rural areas.
Shipping delays can occur because of invalid addresses, or non-matching billing addresses. Weather delays can also delay packaging & shipping time. As a buyer, we expect patience as sometimes external circumstances effect shipping times.
